Ontario PC Party Announces Sean Webster as Candidate for Kanata—Carleton


TORONTO, ON – The Ontario PC party is proud to announce Sean Webster as its official candidate for Kanata—Carleton.
Sean is a seasoned professional with extensive corporate and not-for profit experience. Over the years, Sean has held several leadership roles in companies and associations across a number of complex public policy areas, including health care, health sciences, energy and new retail markets. He has volunteered for and served on the board of directors for many of Canada and Ontario’s leading charities and associations in the areas of tourism, economic development, health care and sports.
“I’m thrilled to be running as the candidate for Kanata—Carleton,” said Webster. “I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work making sure the great people of Kanata and Carleton continue to have their voices heard at Queen’s Park.”
Sean, who is a resident of Kanata—Carleton and proud husband and father, has also been an active member of the Ontario PC party for more than four decades.
“We’re confident that Sean is the right person for the job and thrilled that he’s agreed to put his name on the ballot,” said Michael Diamond, President of the Ontario PC party. “Sean has a strong track-record of public service and will bring his extensive experience to the table as this government continues to get it done by delivering on its plan to build Ontario.”
