Ontario’s PC government is delivering another major milestone for families in Windsor-Essex.
Ontario PC Party Leader Doug Ford joined local leaders to break ground on the new Fancsy Family Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility that will expand access to high-quality health care and serve the region for generations to come.
Backed by an investment of more than $202 million, the new hospital will add more than 100 new beds, bringing the total to nearly 600, while providing a new 24/7 emergency department, world-class cancer care, complex trauma services, maternal and newborn care, critical care, and advanced surgical services.
As communities across Ontario continue to grow, Ontario’s PC government is making the investments needed to ensure families can access the care they need, closer to home.
The new Fancsy Family Hospital is part of Ontario’s PC government’s $64 billion plan to build and upgrade more than 50 hospitals across Ontario over the next decade, creating approximately 3,000 new hospital beds and strengthening health care for families across the province.
From expanding hospitals to connecting more people with primary care, Ontario’s PC government is taking action to protect Ontario’s health-care system and build a stronger future for communities across the province.
We’re protecting Ontario by delivering the modern hospitals families deserve.
