Paul Nguyen Acclaimed as Ontario PC Party Candidate for Humber River-Black Creek

HUMBER RIVER-BLACK CREEK – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Paul Nguyen has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Humber River-Black Creek in the next provincial general election.
Paul Nguyen is a recognized community leader with a deep history of advocacy and volunteerism in the Jane-Finch area. With over 20 years of public sector experience in government and education, Paul has also made significant contributions in broadcast production and is the founder of Jane-Finch.com, a hyperlocal news platform that has been a trusted source of information for the community for two decades.
“Paul Nguyen is an outstanding advocate for the people of Humber River-Black Creek,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “His lifelong commitment to improving the lives of people in his community, promoting diversity and creating opportunities for at-risk youth reflects the values of our party. Paul will be a strong voice for his community at Queen’s Park.”
Paul Nguyen and the Ontario PC Party will fight to make life more affordable for the people of Humber River-Black Creek by opposing the Liberal carbon tax, reducing the gas tax by 10 cents per litre, eliminating the licence plate sticker fee, prohibiting new road tolls, and supporting the One Fare program, which is saving transit users an average of $1,600 annually.
