Statement from Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown Marking Jewish Heritage Month

The following is a statement from Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown to mark the beginning of Jewish Heritage Month:

 

“I am pleased to express my best wishes to everyone celebrating the 4th official Jewish Heritage Month in Ontario.

In 2012, all three political parties in the Legislature joined together to unanimously endorse Bill 17, which established May as a month to mark important milestones and to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Jewish Canadians across Ontario. Across all fields, Canadians of Jewish heritage have excelled and have contributed a great deal to our province.
