Andrea Khanjin Acclaimed as Ontario PC Party Candidate for Barrie–Innisfil

BARRIE-INNISFIL – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Andrea Khanjin has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Barrie-Innisfil in the next provincial general election.
Since first being elected, Andrea has championed infrastructure, healthcare, and economic growth to meet community needs and make life more affordable for families. Her leadership has led to expanded GO Train services, improved high-speed internet access, and supported the construction of a new Community Hub in downtown Barrie.
“Andrea has proven herself to be a relentless advocate for Barrie–Innisfil, delivering real solutions that are making a difference,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “Her commitment to building infrastructure, creating job opportunities, and easing everyday costs reflects our government’s focus on making life better for Ontarians. From her support for cutting the gas tax to fighting the federal carbon tax, Andrea’s leadership continues to make Barrie–Innisfil a better place to live, work, and raise a family.”
Andrea and the Ontario PC Party remain dedicated to fostering growth and resilience in Barrie–Innisfil by supporting critical infrastructure projects, expanding healthcare services, and keeping costs down through measures such as the recently announced $200 taxpayer rebate to counter rising costs.
