Anthony Leardi Acclaimed as Ontario PC Party Candidate for Essex

ESSEX – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Anthony Leardi has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Essex in the next provincial general election.
Since being elected MPP, Anthony Leardi has delivered real results for Essex, securing investments to improve health care, expand high-speed internet, and strengthen infrastructure. In healthcare, key achievements include advancing a new acute care hospital, acquiring 2 new MRI machines for local hospitals, and adding more nurse practitioners to Essex County. He has also supported the province’s work to attract billions of dollars in local manufacturing investments, building new schools in Amherstburg and Kingsville, and supported the expansion of Highway 3 from two to four lanes.
“Anthony Leardi is a real champion for his community, and he’s always fighting for the people of Essex,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “Whether it’s improving health care, building infrastructure or tackling the cost-of-living issues families face, Anthony is getting it done.
