Nina Tangri Acclaimed as Ontario PC Party Candidate for Mississauga-Streetsville

MISSISSAUGA-STREETSVILLE – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Nina Tangri has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Mississauga-Streetsville in the next provincial general election.

Since being elected MPP, Nina Tangri has delivered meaningful results for the residents of Mississauga-Streetsville. Her advocacy has led to significant investments in critical infrastructure, health care, and economic development, including the construction of Highway 413 and the Bradford Bypass, expansion of GO Train services and the One Fare program which saves users an average of $1,600 annually, and major funding for the Hazel McCallion Light Rail Transit (LRT). Nina also secured funding for water infrastructure to support the construction of 46,784 new homes in the region.

“Nina Tangri is a dedicated and tireless representative for the people of Mississauga-Streetsville,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “From reducing gridlock to expanding health-care services, investing in housing, and lowering costs for families, Nina has delivered results that improve everyday life.
