Ontario PC Government Launches One-Stop Service Hub in Peel Region

Your Ontario PC government is delivering on its commitment to make everyday services faster, easier, and more efficient — launching a new integrated service hub at Peel Region’s headquarters in Brampton.

This first-of-its-kind partnership between ServiceOntario and the Region of Peel brings together provincial and municipal services under one roof. Residents can now renew driver’s licences, health cards, and Ontario Photo Cards at the same counter where they access municipal services — all in a single visit.

The hub is part of a two-year pilot under ServiceOntario’s Alternative Service Delivery Strategy, focused on improving access, reducing wait times, and delivering better value for Ontarians. Located at 10 Peel Centre Drive, the hub is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is conveniently connected to public transit near Bramalea Terminal.

With 59,000 ServiceOntario visits projected over the next year, the Brampton service hub will help meet rising demand in one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities — while offering a more modern, user-friendly experience.

This is just one way the Ontario PC government, under the leadership of Doug Ford, is connecting more people and businesses to the services they depend on, in simpler, faster, and better ways.

With a focus on customer service, innovation, and efficiency, the Ontario PC government is continuing to build a better-connected Ontario — one community at a time.
