PC MPPs Assume New Critic Portfolios


QUEEN’S PARK – MPP Gila Martow (Thornhill) and MPP Bill Walker (Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound) have assumed new critic portfolios within the Ontario PC Caucus.

MPP Gila Martow will serve as the Ontario PC Critic to the Anti-Racism Secretariat and Associate Critic for Culture. These new roles are in addition to her existing duties as Ontario PC Critic for Francophone Affairs, Critic for GTA Affairs, Member of the Standing Committee on Social Policy and the Ontario PC Caucus Regional Representative to the GTA. In her role as Associate Critic for Culture, MPP Martow will work closely with Ontario PC Deputy Leader and Critic for Tourism, Culture, and Sport, Steve Clark.

MPP Bill Walker will assume the role of Ontario PC Critic for Seniors. This role will be in addition to his existing duties as Critic for Long-Term Care and as a Member of the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills.
