Stéphane Sarrazin Nominated as Ontario PC Candidate for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell

ALFRED, ON – The Ontario PC Party is pleased to announce that Stéphane Sarrazin has been nominated as our candidate for the riding of Glengarry-Prescott-Russell for the 2022 provincial election.

Stéphane is currently the Mayor of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet and the 2021 Warden of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR), serving on multiple boards and committees. In his capacity as Mayor, Stéphane was involved in projects such as the new Prescott and Russell Residence and economic development initiatives to support local businesses and farmers.

Stéphane says his work is not done and he will continue to make local concerns a priority at the provincial level, “I look forward to continuing to work hard for the people of Glengarry-Prescott-Russell and, together, we will continue to put Ontario back on a solid path to recovery,” said Stéphane Sarrazin.

Prior to his career in municipal politics, Stéphane started his own business in 1990 and was the President of Hydro 2000 Inc., overseeing electricity distribution in the village of Alfred and Plantagenet.
