Trade Mission to Asia Announced

The PC Government is letting the World know that Ontario is open for business. That’s why why Minister Fedeli, Hardeman and Cho announced they will be leading a trade mission to Korea and Japan next month to promote Ontario businesses and farmers.

Minister Hardeman will be meeting with government representatives and grocery chains to promote high-quality Ontario products, including pork, beef, and soybeans. Japan and Korea are important emerging markets for the Ontario Agri-food industry and our Government is making sure that farmers are in the best position to take advantage of this new business.

Minister Fedeli’s focus on the trip will focus on attracting investment in the automotive, aerospace and other key emerging sectors. While businesses abroad expand, our team is committed to making Ontario an attractive place to create jobs and invest.

Minister Cho will join the South Korea portion of the mission and will spearhead contact and business development with important trading partners.

This trade mission is just one example on how our PC Team is making sure Ontario truly is open for business and open for job creation.
