FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NIPISSING – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Vic Fedeli has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Nipissing in the next provincial general election.
Since first being elected, Vic has been a tireless advocate for the people of Nipissing and Northern Ontario. His efforts have spanned key areas like infrastructure, healthcare, and economic growth, delivering solutions that strengthen local communities and support families. Under his leadership, Nipissing has seen critical investments, including the return of the Northlander rail service, the expansion of high-speed internet access, and significant funding to expand emergency services and local healthcare.
“Vic has proven himself to be an exceptional representative for Nipissing,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “His commitment to job creation, cutting costs for families, and advancing vital infrastructure has truly transformed the region. From his efforts to unlock critical minerals in the Ring of Fire to his fight against the federal carbon tax, Vic’s leadership is helping make life more affordable and Ontario stronger.”
Vic and the Ontario PC Party remain focused on enhancing quality of life in Nipissing and all of Ontario, through initiatives such as the recently announced $200 taxpayer rebate, aimed at helping families manage rising costs. His work to lower the gas tax, eliminate the license plate sticker fee, and prioritize affordable living has earned him the trust and respect of his community.
“Representing Nipissing has been one of the greatest honours of my life. Together, we have made real progress – creating jobs, investing in healthcare, and supporting the families who make our community vibrant,” said Vic Fedeli. “Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing this work to ensure Nipissing remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.”
